I'm a Ph.D. student in Interior Architecture Design at Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea, affiliated with the Design Informatics Lab and Human-Centered AI Design Institute.
My research focuses on Human-AI Collaboration in Design. My work addresses a fundamental question: How can AI truly understand and support design?
I explore this at three levels:
Spatial — Behavior-aware generation and evaluation for human-usable 3D layouts
Visual — Computational aesthetics in color, material, light, and style
Procedural — Designer experience in human-AI collaboration

My work is driven by a commitment to integrate Generative AI and design quantification methods into the design process from a designer's perspective.
This approach stems from my extensive experience in both theoretical and practical aspects of design, enabling me to explore innovative methods of incorporating data-driven and AI-enhanced models into creative practices.
